Clinical Computing Plc is incorporated in England and Wales.  It trades through operating subsidiaries which are registered in England and Wales, Australia and the United States.  These are also the main countries of operations. The Group derives the majority of it revenue from the US market.

 

AIM Securities

The Company currently has 110,883,694 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in issue. 38.7% of the above shares are considered by AIM rules not to be in public hands. There are no restrictions as to transfer.
