Chairman

Howard E Kitchner (62) has served as the non-executive Chairman since 2002.  Howard is currently a non-executive director for two other UK based software companies.  Additionally he is the executive chairman of National Leasing & Finance Co.  His career has included working in merchant banking, investment banking and the leasing industry. 

Executive Director

Joseph G Marlovits (40) was appointed Chief Executive in April 2006.  He joined the Company in 2001 as the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.   Prior to joining the Company, he was the Vice President of Finance and Administration with an international software company.  He began his career with Price Waterhouse in the United States.

Non-executive Directors

Professor Stanton P Newman (58) was appointed to the Board in December 2004 and is the Senior Independent Director.  Professor Newman is currently a centre director at the University College London Medical School.  He has over 20 years’ experience in the international healthcare market and lectures in Europe and the United States on healthcare matters.  Professor Newman brings an insider perspective on current healthcare trends, including the use of technology to improve patient care and reduce the overall cost of such care.
