From time to time, over the course of utilizing a software system, our customers are faced with challenges that fall outside of typical system maintenance.  This is often driven by staff turnover or significant changes in technology.  Our goal is to ensure that each of our customers is receiving maximum benefit from the investment in technology they have made.  For that reason, we provide our customers with a variety of optional consulting services that focus on clinical adoption and technical utilization.  We have developed standard services that are described below.  In addition, we receive many requests for services outside of this list that we review on a case by case basis to determine the best course of action to ensure customer satisfaction.

Benefits Realization

We understand that automating a department or enterprise is a large task.  We also appreciate the need to ensure ongoing value over the life of your investment.  Our Benefits Realization service is targeted at assessing the level of product adoption within your organization and providing an action plan to further maximize product utilization.

System Training

As a result of staff turnover or customer growth, additional staff training is often requested.  We work with your management team to determine the best class type and location to ensure proper user education.

Advanced Reporting

Clinical Vision is equipped with an easy to use report writer.  In addition, advanced reporting features are available that may require additional education.  Depending on customer skill set and time frames, we have worked with our client base in one of two ways:

• We can provide additional report training focused on developing logic beyond simple “drag and drop” data capture
• We have developed custom reports for our customers to meet their immediate reporting needs.
